About Me

Based in Cork, Ireland. I have been a member of the Clairvision Meditation school for over 7 years.

During that time I have attended several extended Meditation Retreats in the Clairvision Retreats centres in the United States and Australia. Spending three to six months at a time doing full time meditation practices.

I have also gained extensive experience using the Inner Space Techniques of the Clairvision school. A meditation based therapy.

I offer private IST sessions and can be reached at

Turning Inward

We think we are our thoughts and emotions. We call them “I”, who we imagine we are…

Indeed, the mind is always dreaming itself. Yet, obscured by the restless oscillation of our ordinary mental/emotional consciousness is the stillness and joy of being, awareness itself, threatened by nothing, withdrawing from nothing, becoming one with life.

For most of us, it is the unexpected or unwanted that brings us to the edge. Yet, instead of using this signal, as a notice to step beyond our cage, we pull back, hiding and posturing, inventing an acceptable reality, all to our fear of letting go of who we think we are.

Life situations and patterns of behaviour repeat themselves, as do habitual conscious and unconscious thoughts and emotions. We move in a cloud of mental conditioning where, unconscious imprints within our psyche taint sensory input with emotional polarities of variable magnitude, either grasping at perception or trying to evade it.

Yet, to go to the root of our existential suffering and transform there is no place to turn except inward.

“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud, became more painful than the risk it took to blossom”. (Anaïs Nin, ‘Aphorisms’)”

The approach is an energetic and metaphysical one that comprises Inner Space Techniques
